Bowing employees that build these new dreamliners and maxx models especialy at the south carolina plant say they themselves would not fly in these planes. Cheap quality parts, poor worker training, corner cuttings to save time equals poor unsafe quality

The 787,s that were completed at the Charleston, SC, are unsafe, because they are being put together by non-unionized workers, taken right off the street. Listen to the ex-engineer from Boeing who carefully details the danger of a structural failure because of very low quality control at the SC plant.

Non unionised, taken of the street or straight out of the flop house, a few worn out hookers as well. Sounds highly believable.

Boeing was at their "Absolute Best!" when Alan Mulally was the one in charge of Aircraft Development. Mainly the 777. Since the McDonnell Douglass merger Boeing's standards of looking after their employees and quality control have gone out the window. There's a reason Airbus is doing so well currently. Their narrow bodies are wider and have longer legs. They outsource mainly to companies they own and consistently modify their aircraft to suit the customers needs. Take the A350-900 for example. There isn't one version, there is four.

Sorry to correct you but its actually the
      737 MAX
that Boeing is also in trouble, not providing the proper pilot training on the new systems it installed that had the pilots confused like the pilots of Lion Air and Euthopian Airlines who didn't know what to do with the aircraft taking over the controls from the pilots because the onboard computer calculated that the aircraft was about to stall... etc. Again sorry to you but i needed to correct your information.

      I AGREE BOEING IS SCARY.
I read it was bad then it gets worse. The more I read the worse it gets.
I watched a documentary on Boeing suppliers.
Scarey how they build the parts which aren't to spec.
Two whistleblowers spoke out got fired!
Which means anybody that talks about faults, shabby workmanship gets fired.
The FAA has been compromised and appear to be in bed with Boeing.
Apparently the rings on the fuselage the holes didn't line up😱 they just redrilled the holes to make them fit.
Also if parts didn't fit the hammered them into place! Omg!
These are structurally critical areas that must withstand great stresses.
The further down the rabbit hole it appears at least four jets broke up because of these structurally weak areas.
No way I'll fly on Boeing jets.
      Russian Roulette! No thanks!

The Boeing Dreamliner programme, announced in 2003, was supposed to cost $6 billion and see the plane take to the air
in 2008. The final bill was $32 billion and the 787 Dreamliner arrived three years late.

  • @jhunbriones6965
    @jhunbriones6965 5 лет назад

All Boeing 787 dreamliner aircrafts were never constructed and assembled in their Boeing facilities of Everett in Chicago because of the union strikes and the flight assembly safety officers were very strict in the way the aircraft aluminum alloy skins were put in place in the airframe which obviously contributes to the delays in the deliveries of the aircrafts to its customers that had plagued this facility. Those big shots at the Boeing ultra top management moved their assembly to South Carolina and employed barely experienced crews to assemble the Boeing 787, preventing them from forming their new unions and removing those strict building/construction assembly safety inspectors whose only task is to strictly make sure each and every inch of the aircraft assembly used the proper construction techniques. The top management got rid of the strict inspectors and placed junior inspectors instead to sign off the assembly phase. Top management were dictating the way the aircraft was being assembled. Someone from within Boeing found out about a company claiming it could make the fuselage using fiberglass composite materials, so while the new huge assembly plant was under construction that part of the aircraft was subcontracted and contracts were made in time for the new plant to go on full aircraft production.
A congressional hearing is the best way to find out the truth about the way Boeing is compromising the safety of its aircraft because it wants more orders and consequently more profits. Let the congressmen investigate allegations by whistleblowers working inside the plant that staff often come to work high on drugs or take a break to smoke marijuana or other drug stuffs then return to their posts and continue their aircraft assembly while high on drugs. Bring all the whistleblowers to congress and provide them with immunity from losing their jobs or charged by top management in courts after the congressional hearings and bring all staff working in the South Carolina assembly plant to testify what they had been told to do and tell it on the face of Boeing top management what had been happening inside the plant because of the absence of the unions to ensure that safety were to be their topmost priority and not be dictated by top management on how the aircraft were to be assembled. Even the subcontractor who got the contract to build the fuselage using composite fiberglass were told to provide their own safety inspectors and submit the signed inspection together with the delivery of the complete fuselage without Boeings' own safety inspectors being there to observe the actual construction of the fuselage inside the subcontractors' plant. Top management should be tried for compromising safety for company profits.
Boeing had not learned a lesson from the crash of a UPS COURIER CARGO AIRCRAFT CARRYING IN ONE OF ITS ALUMINIUM CONTAINERS IN THE CARGO HOLD 8,000 PIECES LITHIUM ION BATTERIES ( USED IN WATCHES RADIOS ETC ) WHICH CRASHED.
NTSB INVESTIGATIONS DETERMINED THAT THE BATTERIES SPONTANEOUSLY BURST INTO FLAMES WHILE THE FLIGHT HAD BARELY GONE PASSED 30 MINUTES INTO THE FLIGHT. THE PILOT TRIED TO RETURN THE 747 CARGO PLANE TO DUBAI AIRPORT BUT THE FLAMES DESTROYED THE VITAL ELECTRICAL CABLES, CABLES THAT CONTROLLED THE WING AND TAIL RUDDERS AND FUEL LINES PIPES MELTED AND PROBABLY MADE THOSE PIPES LIKE THE TIP OF A BLOWTORCH FUELING MORE FLAMES IN THE CARGO HOLD AND THUS THE PILOTS LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND CRASHED.
YET BOEING USED LITHIUM ION BATTERIES INTEGRATED INTO THE DESIGN OF THIS BOEING 787 DREAMLINER. TWO ELECTRICAL ACCIDENTS CAUSED BY LITHIUM ION BATTERIES EXPLODING IN FLIGHT,
COME ON, HEADS SHOULD BE ROLLING IN THIS STUPIDITY.

The batteries are an integral part of the design of the Dreamliner. It's not so easy to just swap them out. They are a specific size and weight which increases the efficiency of the plane. This is a serious design flaw that will cost Boeing big money.

  • @CrazyOttojr11
    @CrazyOttojr11 12 лет назад

It is in fact assembled in Everett .. need to get your facts straight.

For the A350-900 there is the B787-1000 and this will be a way more safer plane than the B787-1000. Boeing you are past and irbus you are the future. Also the B737 NG's are not rght either. When Lufthansa picked up their first 747-800 'their' engineers did find some quality issues in terms of sloppy workmanship and cheap materials, which were ironed out by Boeing, but in the end its the pilots who fly the plane and there are plenty of Boeing fans among German pilots!;-). When one looks at the engineering side of high-tech products, I find that American companies could do much better, if the CEO's would let them. 601 Boeing vs 588 Airbus !
As a consumer I'd rather take an Airbus jet because they took their time and didn't skimp on safety.
Imagine flying L.A to Sydney over water.
One malfunction and your ditching into the ocean.
From what I've seen Boeing looks dangerous.
    I'll be avoiding Boeing jets.
If your a buyer think twice because I'd rather fly "Airbus".

Boeing is finished. People will never have confidence in this outsourced airplane. The problems this airplane has had are basic stuff, problems that were solved by the Wright Brothers, electrical, braking, etc. We'll probably see several tragic crashes because of the inept, incompetent management at Boeing.

Boeing isn't finished. People are regaining their confidence in this airplane. The latest problem with titanium parts from fuselages is nearly fixed. The 787 won't see any tragic crashes because Boeing won't let that happen and the management will hopefully not let anything dangerous happen again
