Beautiful video. We are from South India. We found Golden temple simply amazing and it is a true spiritual place. We visited this place on 11th January, 2021. We felt true divinity at the Golden Temple, Amritsar. I was in tears when I entered Gurudwara, ie the moment I was near Gurgrantha Sahib - Keerthan at Harmandir Sahib Gurudwara. People are humble, service oriented here. We learn to be humble the moment we enter this great place. Its truly Karma Bhumi which can defnitely fetch us Punya . We love the sanctity of this place, keerthan, folk music on the corridors, lungar and prasad. We did cut vegetables in order to express our gesture of gratitude to this wonderful place. Waheguru ji. We want to visit this place again and again.

I have personally visited this place long time ago- 24 years ago!! Never seen such places in India so far in my short life. Most important thing I liked about the golden temple, is that there is no restriction or discrimination for visitors.... Like you would find in any other religious place!! Rich - Poor any one come and serve temple!! People you see working in these video are not paid servants of temple, some of them are officer, business men, ppl just come and serve with any kind of work! This is pure Golden temple!!

I felt so divine and blessed on seeing this video. You both got the highest opportunity to experience and get the blessings of the Guru. I felt blessed just by seeing the video. The Golden Temple signifies the teachings of the Sikh Religion in articture and practice.
It has FOUR entrances which signifies that ALL people from the four corners of humanity are equally welcome.
The site is constructed below ground level. The steps flowing down into the Sikh Golden Temple represents the need to be humble and reject blind ego.
Remarkably Guru Arjan who constructed the site chose out of all the spiritual people including himself a Muslim Saint to lay the symbolic foundation stone to the Sikh Shrine. The Guru disregarded religion by name and labels alone and instead saw the light in all people regardless of religion, gender, caste or nation.
At the Golden Temple tens of thousands of people are fed for free everyday. However every Sikh Temple across the globe serves free food as a religious obligation to anyone regardless if race, religion etc. This practise was started by the first Guru - Guru Nanak in rejection of class, faith and caste inequalities before the Golden Temple over 500 years ago and continues worldwide today.
Within the Golden Temple is housed the Guru Granth Sahib where the Sikh teachings are contained. The Guru Granth Sahib not only containes works of the Sikh Guru's but uniquely also the divine revelations and spiritual writings of others from different backgrounds and castes. The Guru Granth Sahib opens with the basic concept of the One Universal, supreme Energy called by so many different names across humanity,.

Satnam - Eternal truth it's name
Karta Purkh - Creator
Nirbau - without fear
Nirvair - without hate/ enmity
Akal Murat - Deathless/timeless image
Ajuni - Beyound birth and death
Saibang - self existant
Gurprasad - known by the Guru's Grace.
In the words of the tenth Sikh Guru - Guru Gobind Singh "recognise the human race as ONE"
