Thanks very much... I do appreciate your sharing these with us... I was down to the last four episodes.. out of sequence, and with your additions, I have been able to complete the season.. thanks again
Red West in the waiting room.
These are great Videos.......and awesome Actors.
Tiberius? Roddenberry, it has to be from him.
Of course, and Gary Lockwood starred in a beginning, first season episode of Star Trek.
Captain James Kirk's middle name is also "Tiberius" on Star Trek. In Where No Man Has Gone Before, it was "James R. Kirk".
Which stood for Rice. Circular :)
"There's no way Johnny's getting a part in my picture"
" it's a cookbook!"
"I understood those references".
Great series
HAWK SAMS (Homing All-the Way Killer).
The technical, military advisor for the show had a small part in this episode.
I had a feeling, he was too good to be an actor.
The LtCol at the interview?
"Alice!!".....
Major Ken?... I guess I'll have to ask Barbie about that
William Tiberius Rice, James Tiberius Kirk.
0:11 Kent McCord (Adam-12) sitting on the bench.
so was Red West
The good doctor reminds me of perhaps Oppenheimer resentful of General Groves and his security. I haven't seen the movie they just made but I suspect Oppenheimer might have given away some things in the post-war period, not wanting to see the US have a Monopoly, which we did for 4 years on nukes.. if it was reversed, we would all be under the control of the Soviets now..
TIberius was not the sickest, or most depraved of the Claudian Emperors but he was a close third, behind Nero and Caligula. Why Roddenberry was so fixated on that character name I cannot imagine.
Tiberias is not just the depraved Roman Emporer; it is also a city of beauty built on the western shore of the Sea of Galilee. Founded about twenty years after Jesus, it was named for the Emperor of the time, you guessed it....Tiberius. It is a city well steeped in Jewish history and somewhat in Christianity, too.

Not one of the best episodes.. this could be near the end of the run
Next to last.
At the beginning why did they give a real Lieutenant Colonel the lieutenant colonel acting job?..he definitely looked like the real thing,in fact many of the actors who portray Marine officers in the series came across, just as Lieutenant rice does, with the proper bearing...
It got better on the second viewing without any skipping. I'm sorry about all my comments and snarks.
