Thanks for your perspective and your respectful tone. If your advice is to examine the beliefs you were handed I'm all in. If something is true it should not need an authority to enforce it with threats of an unfavorable afterlife and ostracization from your family and community. I am glad to see these strategies lose their effectiveness.

Define "spiritual." Is that feeling some kind of way, because we in 2024 call that emotions. Is it thinking certain things? Because we call that cognition. Are you referring to human self-awareness and self-reflection? Because we call that human consciousness. Nobody needs a weekly book club to be a decent person who contributes to human flourishing. And you don't need Sheilaism or any other ism to do that, as well. Feudal hierarchies and tribalism are DEAD. Try becoming simply a member of humanity instead.
