I have actually judged competitions while in college for some of the top competitions. I actually just went to Desiree Robbins funeral in Mesa California who was on tour with Tremaine Conventions which is where she started her career. The professional dance community is smaller than you know it. It wasn’t to be rube it was an opinion. I have a very extensive background.
But that doesn’t mean you should compare the two teams. This wasn’t a video for constrictive criticism, if someone had asked about how they should improve it would be different, but they didn’t. They posted this video for their auditions, they didn’t ask for your opinion and thoughts about how their dancing is subpar. Even if you didn’t mean to be, it’s rude. 😕
those turns are actually called a la secondes, not fouettes

these are typical stops for poms turn, though some of them are doing it differently. A lot of schools/companys do something different.
