I could not find the reset procedure. You said you would put it in your description but it isn't there.

I have the opposite problem I have an old one that has metal cam gears and the metal motor but the cam gear teeth were ripped off. I'm guessing because the motor was trying to spin it but it is stuck. that valve is supposed to spin I assume? If I pull the cam gear off and turn it with a pair of pliers how hard should it be ? I don't want to break it LOLI have a new cam gear coming but it won't do any good if that thing is frozen.

Hi so I had the exact same problem that you had and I replaced the motor and gear but when I started it up the motor bogged down and stopped as if it was turning. It was as though the rotor that it was turning was hard to turn. Does that sound about right? What should I do?

Same problem and then after trying to get the new cam gear off , I broke the rotor. I jb welded it back on just for testing . Tech support said I might be tighten the screws to the valve body to tight, but no matter how hard I tighten the 8 screws down ( Unless I leave it too loose to wear water sports everywhere) the thing just will not turn at all and I believe that was my original problem. I called Tech Support they said it could be because of the seals swelling , that seems a little far-fetched but now I have to buy a whole rotor and seal kit. $100 😢... did you ever figure yours out ?

I don’t see the instructions for factory reset . Upon further inspection we found wires eaten by mice easy fix for now
