The patented construction of the wedge obtains an off-loading mechanism. The weight is notable reduced at the forefoot. Hook and loop straps makes opening easily and allows a comfortable fitting.

I have this shoe & it’s excellent. I’m on the 6th month of wearing it. It’s given me great comfort knowing that my forefoot is safe. UPDATE: I was in it for 8 months. I’m now healed & pray I never need it again, but I’m keeping it.
