The play of the two teams will be very different as well.
Sheffield United's 4-1-4-1 formation emphasizes defense and control in the middle of the pitch. There will be 1 player in the midfield area to help with defence. And other players will be in the center of the field to help protect and pass the ball to the opposing goalkeeper. Playing like this helps the team control the game well and defend well.
As for Brentford's 4-3-3 formation, they will focus on attacking and scoring goals. There will be 3 players in front to pass the ball from the edge of the field into the goalkeeper's target area. Each player in the center of the field will help each other pass the ball to the player in front of them. Playing this way will improve your chances of scoring more goals.
Therefore, each game plan has its own advantages and disadvantages. It depends on the principles and methods of play of the team which system to choose to play in each game
