I show cattle and I have a crazy calf and how I have got him to just let me do it is for the last week or so I have put a halter in his feed trough and spreed it out so he has to put his head in the halter every time he eats

Good idea! I don’t show cattle, and am still learning when it comes to handling and training. This is something I came up with and it worked like a charm
