I love their is a good cookbook for me to start learning I get the wheat berries from the Amish they are smaller bags . I love making Dutch oven bread I hope their is a good recipe for that hopefully . I'm excited to see a cookbook. Thanks for sharing I hope you have a wonderful week.

Great haul. I don’t drink coffee or tea so was excited to see your item; I’ll be looking into that. I use spelt for a lot of things, mostly pastry items. ❣️

I hope you like using spelt flour as much as I do. I tried using fresh ground spelt instead of unbleached flour with my cornmeal for cornbread. We love the flavor. Spelt is slightly sweet. I found in some recipes in the Breadbeckers cookbook Sue Becker uses soft white wheat flour (we pastry flour) and spelt interchangeably. That is why I tried spelt in my cornbread. Enjoy!

I wrap my opened cheese with a cheesecloth soaked in apple cider vinegar, then place it into a storage bag. No mold. Works great!!!!

I have found when there are no instruction on the package, they are usually on the website. Here is what is listed on the Azure site : For soup use 1 Tbsp. soup mix in 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 6-8 minutes. For dip add 1/4 cup to 16 oz sour cream and mix well.
