There are a few instagram accounts that are so so helpful and explain all the symptoms that anxiety can cause so you can learn to accept it's just your body reacting to your brain thoughts and that you're in no real danger ❤️ i struggle with it everyday and i know how difficult it is, so hope you get better x

It's crazy how kids can be one of the greatest catalysts for change and growth. I've grown more in the last 19 months since my daughter was born than the previous 35 years before her birth.
