Bettie is the best. I just discovered her recently. My husband and I love sticky buns. I stopped making them b/c I didn't want to keep using Rich's Bread Dough in the freezer section of the market. So happy to be able to make my own dough, refrigerate overnight and bake first thing in the morning. My husband is crazy about raisins. I'm hoping I can either substitute the pecans for raisins or use a combination of each. I appreciate the time Bettie takes in describing each step she is doing right down to the size of the pot. So helpful to me!
I just found you, Betty! We made these often at home. When I went to Bethel College in Kansas I got up at 4am on Saturdays to bake Cinnamon and Pecan Rolls for a local cafe to be ready for opening time at 8am!
Hi! Do you mean savory rolls? Instead of filling the rolls with cinnamon and sugar you will simply roll the dough into individual balls and let proof before baking. And then don't make the sticky bun topping.

Another great video. I made your sourdough cinnamon rolls and they turned out great (it was my first time doing an enriched dough with natural leavening) and I'm guessing I could use that same dough recipe for the sticky buns, correct?
