I’ve watched so many hoarder episodes where the women are “crafters” and the men are “handymen.”
    Nothing ever gets made.

Oh no! We aren’t hoarders yet, but that is us to a tee. 😅😂

I think it’s the thought of having a project to take on is a way to cope with the pain of loss(?) I’m a “crafter”.

Sometimes, a person just needs a hand to get things started. Looks like she's on the right track now. I hope she's doing well.

So very sad. She is depressed and lonely. This contributes to her hoarding.

I understand her statement about alcoholics. My husband of 20 years died suddenly at 48yrs of a heart attack. He never found piece with his addiction. It destroyed our family. I am the opposite. I like everything organized and tidy. Its control in the chaos of my grief.

It’s not the alcohol, it’s the individual choosing to drink. Her space was more livable and organized but Mary needs continued help. George is a gentle giant and a saint.❤

That poor animal doesn't have a place to defecate or urinate, she most likely doesn't even bathe on a regular basis let alone keep a litter box clean!

Two days is not long enough to achieve any real change.

When she said that her husband was an alcoholic but she wished he'd been a womanizer so she'd have a chance, I felt that. Many, many years ago I said something quite similar to my first husband who was a crack cocaine addict. I said to him- if it was another woman that took you from me, I'd have a chance. But I can't compete with the crack that's effing your brains out.

My God! and that poor animal living in that filth!!! This is depression, low self-esteem, boredom and just plain old laziness. Please, don't blame the death of anyone on this disaster, you are just using that as an excuse!

Don't like her attitude. She is very passive aggressive.
