Eva Air business class looks amazing! My family and I are going to thailand soon, so we were unsure if we should try business class, and this video has definitely made me consider that we should treat ourselves. Great video!
It’s a tough decision Luke. EVA seat was slightly better but Thai staff are top class always. I like both airlines a lot however! I’ve got two Thai reviews coming up soon, a B747 and a B777, both in business class
Try business class with your family if you have the money ! definitely not many people can afford it! Many people can't even afford to to buy a economy air ticket!!!!
I think you just convinced me that this year I should go Business - I've tried Economy and Premium Economy on this route with EVA in the past and been very happy with the service. Time to treat myself !!
That was really one of my best flights ever! I will definitely do it again, just collecting miles for the award ticket! Great, food, staff and seat. I recommend it
The catering is much better than Cathay Pacific's old and new dining concept in business class! I like how they serve soup and then salad on EVA Air. Note that if you fly EVA Air on supper (late night flights), you don't get the soup and salad service.

First let me really thank you for your so kind reply to my comment on the Alitalia flight..it made my day:) And I wholeheartedly return the compliments..this is another outstanding video from you..perfect cam, unpretentious, systematic and highly informative:) The lounge looked..hm..interesting..special..would love to see it myself. The product on EVA Air looked really First Class. No tray, just a real set up table. Was it dining on demand? Pity there was no menue..would have loved to see the wine list. But food really looked excellent and delicious...and I take it that FAs were pretty and caring (hint for next video, hehe). Btw..you were lucky with the quiche which you already had eaten half way:) Often peope eat part of the food and then show the remaining part of the distroyed food on the plate..I always find this ugly looking (different from your shoes btw, hehe)..just like plates which have been emptied. Thank you very much for sharing..I need to recommend you to some other people:)

Not sure what happened on this flight, I didn't see menus around the cabin. EVA is a 5* airline and I can see why. They don't have a first class cabin but their business class is treated like first (pyjamas, personalised service with customer's name, pre-ordered meals etc.). As you guess, the FAs were 100% attentive (offering and suggesting drinks/snacks throughout the whole flight) and indeed pretty :). Yes please, if you could spread the word for my channel it would be great. I'm in no way a professional, I'm just trying to show my experience with some airlines!

Very good report once again. Thank you for sharing. The mid-fight snack (cheese quiche) looks very tasty... 😊 I had some issues with EVA so haven’t flown this airline for some years. May give them a try after watching this video.
Thanks for replying to my comment. I am pleasantly surprised! Also, the shower at the lounge is quite bright and luxurious as you described. I am used to the ones at Cathay Pacific. The are a bit darker and not as luxury.
That seems to me an old plane and the seat is not very comfortable. I am waiting for my next year trip to vienna travelling on the new plane dreamliner series 10 where the business class seats will be different according to the information of the seat guru ! Service was always excellent!
I actually found the seat great but you are right that the 787-10 will have a new cabin which is expected to be even better. I'm looking forward to flying in that one as well
Mark it’s because the flight is very long, sometimes over 12 hours so you can change your clothes and feel more comfortable. Also you can sleep for a few hours and being in pyjamas certainly helps a lot. Thank you for the comment!
Yes, I was in business class otherwise I wouldn't have bothered commenting. I said that I didn't get jinjammed up, what with it being daytime, but each to their own. So, not that big a surprise.

flying out business class 8 nov 2019 told they do not carry any non alcoholic drinks after spending £1500 0 .00 I find this quite ridiculous as this is a 12 hour flight to Bangkok wont be travelling eva air again pure show eva
This is very strange and indeed unacceptable. Did you contact the airline to ask them how did this happen? I'd be very interested to hear their view as this is unusual.
Looks like you didn't get a menu because you pre-ordered your main course. This seems to be a common mistake among EVA flight attendants as they seem to assume that anyone who orders a special meal doesn't need to look at the menu (this is only true if you order meals such as Vegetarian etc.).

Was the absence of menus because you had pre-ordered your meal ? If not then it certainly does seem strange not to be shown choices .

Always if I can travel with Eva Air. First class service and comfort. Recommend them to travel to Suvanabhumi Air port in Thailand.

Nice video. One small point, BKK to LHR is a daytime flight, takes off at lunchtime and arrives early evening, why all the pyjama stuff?
