Want to know what Labour is really like? Here’s my full and honest recollection of my Labour!
It definitely wasn’t as I imagined it to be, it was painful, dramatic and ended with our gorgeous baby boy 🥰
If you’re interested in hypnobirthing I used the positive birth company - link below - it definitely put me in a better mindset towards birth, however I’m in two minds as to whether it helped me during birth or not 😕
However I feel about it now, the course was very accessible as its all online, it helps alleviate the fear around birth and its easy to digest ☺️
