Dave is one of the most genuine individuals I have ever met in my life. The amount of work he puts into his gym to assure it's well maintained is unmatched. If you're anywhere in or around the south-bay this must be your go to.
This was my favorite gym ever. Dave was super nice, there were tons of pictures of legends, and I was thrilled to work at a place where there are devices for helping you unrack weights on deadlifts. Lastly, so many beasts there. I often had the privilege of working out around Mike ohearn and his crew. Super nice people too. I moved away from Torrance, but best gym ever.
Best gym in the South Bay!! I used to pay big bucks and go to a sissy-la la gym (aka LBGT Equinox). Bleck!! No thanks. This is a REAL iron gym and I'm in for life!! Thank you Dave!!
