In 1995 I won the teen Mr. Colorado, it was my first show and Dave Fisher guest posed. Dave curled 80 pound dumbbells onstage before he did his guest posing routine... he was cool and down to earth.... awesome memories!!! Im glad to see him successful!!!
Before big Ron partlow was the most famous ifbb pro from Alberta there was Dave fisher. Watching him brought back a lot of old memories. Edmonton and Calgary represented in this video.
I remember Daves old column in Musclemag back in the 90s, i recall one where he was describing a squat workout and getting pumped up for a set with 585 listening to Kickstart my Heart by Motley Crue
Ya'll need to visit Harveys Gym in Columbia,TN and hear the story of Andy Harvey. Very inspirational! He has worked to bring his gym from little to nothing to one of the best gyms anywhere. Worth looking into.
@@LawofChristMinistries Didn't you hear him say ??? floor is HOLLOW ???? are you one of those who likes to slam weight and make noises? no action LOL, A true bodybuilder don't give a fuck as long as he gets his training in #peace
Good equipment, but that sounds like a normal commercial gym. He was very much less enthused than other gym owners Ron has spoken to in this series. And that age 54 shit was lazy and such a typical excuse
This guy built a great gym and called out all the corporate gym he is the man who built a perfect place

Met him over 20 years ago... Dave Fisher, a hell-of-a cool guy!!! Back then he had a nutrition store in the Inland Empire area...
So fucking happy that this series is back 💪🏻😜
My favorite bodybuilding series on youtube hands down......MOAM

Los Campeones Gym in Minneapolis, it deserves a mission...
Yeah, the Magnum Pec Fly / Rear Delt is one of the best I've ever used
Sweet gym. I'd love to train there.
Love this fckin show
No drops? Wtf
Big Ron you fucking legend
You should visit the mother of all hardcore gyms on the planet, MetroFlex Arlington Texas aka home of the legend Ronnie Coleman and Branch Warren
I was in Los Angeles in 2003 and saw Dave walking around with a girl at a beach there. He was huge.
Good gym
Fuck I’ve missed this series!
What the fuck is up with the deadlift rules it's a fucking gym I thought powerhouse was a hardcore gym...sounds like a regular la fitness
Ronney G the sign might as well say no deadlifts allowed. Why do gym owners think deadlifts intimidate other members lmao.
Nice
When is Big Manny competing??
No dropping weights is where you lost me. Nice gym tho
Of coarse a big shot of downtown, nowhere near Torrance lol
Corporate dont know how to choose equipment. Yes they have money. But they don't have passion for the gym..
Ask Dave where is Sue?
Divorced and they are still friends. She still lives in Cali not that far from the gym.
A "hardcore" gym where you cant use metal plates or drop weights?
Why dont you add no chalk and grunting to the list of rules?
Steffen Petersen true lol
Steffen Petersen Dave is a bitch that’s why

Exactly what I was thinking
Where's Dusty Been lately?
Good equipment, but that sounds like a normal commercial gym. He was very much less enthused than other gym owners Ron has spoken to in this series. And that age 54 shit was lazy and such a typical excuse
