DIY No Bake Fall Treats

Wanted to ease into the Fall season with some simple DIY no bake Fall treat recipes! I have a ton more headed your way - DIY Halloween Dollar Store Decor, decorating with me and more Fall DIY's. Let me know if you are looking or any season specific DIY's. Stay rad xx.
S’More Bars: 4 tablespoons butter, 1 full bag of mini marshmallows, 6-8 cups of Golden Grahams (less if you want them more gooey, more if you don’t), a pinch of salt and mini chocolate chips.
Chocolate Dipped Apples: chocolate candy melts from Michael’s (if you try to heat regular chocolate chips - the chocolate won’t dry as well), toppings of your choice, I didn’t even have to slice my apples since we had the organic pre sliced ones on hand, cake sticks from Michael’s and if you want to make it an Apple Bar - cupcake tins with toppings inside for guests to easily grab.
No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, 4 oz cup cream cheese, 1/4 can of pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

I like the idea of the no-bake pumpkin cheesecake bites but I think I would add pumpkin pie spice to the pumpkin mixture. Give it more of a pumpkin pie taste. JMHO :)

Yes! more treats :D Apples like this one are my favorite snack, here I can't find peanut butter so I put them dulce de leche instead, it is so delicious!!! green apples+ dulce de leche+granola for crunch, Have you try it? ;)
