Scott and Mitch of Pentatonix have a side project called Superfruit. They do a cover of feeling myself that is basically them both rapping the whole time. It's really good.

These are their fans . Pentatonix is very humble
They posted an audio clip of them singing the chorus and asked their fans to send videos of them singing along and used those for this. The day before they filmed the end at the Santa Monica Pier they tweeted out the call for fans to meet, wearing shirts that were either neutral (nothing on them) or were PTX shirts, and they got the big crowd you see here.
it's a mix of fans and friends in the video. there are a number of celebrity cameos like Maisie Williams, Anna Kendric, Tori Kelly, Victoria Justice, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Nick Lachey, Grace Helbig, Tyler Oakley, Todrick Hall

I knew you would love this one. You might try Cracked. It is another original. Their cover of No is amazing. Gold cover also crazy good. If you can handle all the feels. Their cover of Say Something will hit you hard but Run to You an original will punch the tears out of your eyes.

Finally an original. Sing is awesome, involves all the fans and all the love. This song is very good, Scott's voice, Mitch and Kirstin harmonies, the awesome bass from Avi and that beatbox and rap of Kevin, but i recomend others originals: Run to You, Can't Sleep Love (the live version in Popspring have an amazing rap from Mitch), Be My Eyes, Happy Now, See Through, Water, Cracked...

PTX always make sure to thank their fans - pretty much why their fanbase has stuck close since 2011 - You should check out some of the PTXperience tour videos or their Pentacon vids from where their fans met up for the weekend when the group were back in Texas.The groups parents did a panel where fans could ask questions - Kevin's sister is a very funny person ! It was epic ! Pentaholics are a good group of people X

The end are fans. The group said that they were filming on the pier and needed fans. From what I heard Anna Kendrick from Pitch Perfect showed up as a fan. The gang are sooo humble and love their fans

This video is such a gift to the fans. They released a short clip and asked fans to send in videos of themselves singing or dancing or whatever to the music. There are some celebrities and RUclipsrs in the mix (Hassan Ahmed on the hoverboard!) but most are just plain fans. I love that dog, too--he barks right at the end of the clip, so he's singing along too! Then they sent out a same-day invitation for fans to show up at a certain pier. Of course, that left out the millions of fans who live elsewhere, but still--that's mostly people just like us who showed up and got to be in the video. And there are Pentatonix right in there with the crowd. Not proud and holding themselves aloof! They're humble and love their fans. It's so beautiful! Great song, great video.
And if you want to hear more rapping, try "Problem," "Can't Hold Us," and "Thrift Shop." Also look for their Ninja Turtles short. They rap in it too. It's amazing, and hardly anybody reacts to it.

duuuuuuude this is one of their older videos and I actually haven't seen or heard it in YEARS!! Even though I've been a die-hard fan since they started! It just kind of fell off the radar in the last couple years. But SUCH a great song of course, PTX makes no bad music. The persong who "yells" "SING!" is actually Mitch and the chorus have a lot of Kirstin, is more easy to see this in a live version of this song.

As you're a rapper and enjoy rap, it would be fun to see your reaction to Scott and Mitch's side project Superfruit doing Hip Hop Goes Broadway. They aren't rapping in it, but they're taking rap songs and singing them as if they were on Broadway. Also, make sure you stick around for the bloopers at the end of almost every Superfruit video, they're almost as good as the actual video. XD

This whole CD of original music is great!!! I always play it on long car rides! One of my favorites which often gets overlooked is Ain’t Misbehavin’ it’s cheeky and that’s probably why I love it so much. I love singing it! It doesn’t have a video just the audio for it but it is SO worth the listen!!

For a song called "Sing," this song is way too hard for anyone to actually sing live. Belting the entire song is just exhausting. It was such a privilege to hear them perform this live.

If you want to expand out to more of the acapella you might try Home Free (Man of Constant Sorrow is a good starting point). They're technically labeled a country acapella group but they do a lot more than just country...Try the Butts Remix to get it. Also, Avi Kaplan (the PTX bass) is beyond great on his own no, try Change on the Rise and you won't be disappointed.
I am glad you started their originals too! I would absolutely recommend their cover of Rather Be (feel good and fun) and their original Love Again (different kind of fun)
