Got the 4/3 psycho tech Oct 18. Been wearing it since then over winter in N.Devon UK waters. Love it, easy to get on and off light weight. Easier to get on than my 3/2 summer suit c-skins. Really warm. So far really pleased, time will tell on how many seasons it will last.
I've owned 4 O'Neill psycho one wetsuits over the past 4 years (winter/summer suits). Psychotech has the same tedchnobutter so it comparable to Psycho one in the upper body. Problem with O'Neill Psycho fullsuit is that 4/3 is not really 4/3. It's actually a bit thinner. So, O'Neill fullsuits are not as warm as Vissla or Feral (those are other 2 brands I've owned at the same time as O'Neill). To put simply: -If you want flexibility buy O'Neill -If you want warmth there are warmer wetsuits out there over O'Neill.

This wetsuit or rip curl flashbulb instead?? Or Drylock or absolute x? which one would u recommend thanks.
