    I love the brioche dough, super easy to make. The cream however came out lumpy; so I used egg yolks only and it came out much creamier.

    These came out sooo goooddd!! But I’m not getting that perfect ring around the donut. Are there any tips of tricks to achieve that?

      The best advice I can give is to shape them as evenly as possible and leave them to proof for long enough (until doubled in size).

    I just finished frying these fluffy
    Donuts using T45 flour and my goodness the results are amazing
    I just had to adjust the amount of water used T45 needs less water
    I want to thank you for a recipe that works great 👍 the neighbors are going to love them

      No! Sorry corn flour won't work in this recipe, but you can replace corn starch with all-purpose flour.

    hi 👋🏻 sorry for asking too much.. but could you tell me how long i can keep the dough in the fridge?? is it ok if i keep it for more than one night?🥰

    i want to cook the donuts same day, how long should i do the first proof?

      Proof the dough at room temperature for about 11/2 -2 hours or until the dough is doubled in size. Then place the dough in a fridge for 1/2-1 hour to firm up for easier handling.

    This looks delicious, but I'm just wondering if the cream tastes eggy or not because I noticed there were a lot of eggs used? Otherwise great video!

      It tastes just like vanilla cream or custard. You can fill the doughnuts with jam or Nutella too.

      Definitely had slightly eggy taste. If you don't enjoy that go for a different custard recipe!

      Hi, you should use 4 cups + 1 tbsp for the dough + some flour for dusting the work surface. Hope that helps. Happy baking :)

      No, you can leave the rum out. Rum is just for flavor. Beer or sprite won't work.
