HI quick question When you have a small account let’s say 3k do you get your buy power back immediately after you close a futures trading position or do you have to wait until the next day like option contracts?
How to simply place a Buy Call or Sell Put using Active Trader when trading /ES for example. The method should be the same for Sell Calls and Buy Puts.

I have a small account on Thinkorswim, how much is required for micro futures? I tried to do micro futures for the SP500 and gold with over $1,000 in my account and it keeps saying I don’t have enough buying power
