- Larkiv, Ukraine, was a Roblox fps game about the Ukraine war that I created in 2022. The game was taken down from Roblox and was later featured on the BBC headlines as well as many other news companies like yahoo, the star, the gamer etc...

The reason you got banned was due to one of their TOS rules where you can't depict any conflicts within the last ten years. Thats why games like Chechnya and Vietnam based games are allowed due to them having that year gap. Since Ukraine conflict started in 2022, you couldn't do it for a LONG time. However, if you flipped a game and made it related to the Donbass or Crimea you could probably get away with it next year as it would be 10 years since Ukraine 2014

The Donbas and Crimean rebellions have been going on way before the 2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine.
I suggest you read the ToS carefully as they mentioned war crimes in their terms and there were war crimes committed in the Russo-Ukraine War
I believe the only war crime was genocide where ukranian kids were taken to Russia

You know what's even more infuriating? That there's a game called Eastern Front Conflict that has more than 100 daily visitors, and LITERALLY HAS UKRAINIAN FLAGS ON IT. The group for "The Coalition" (aka Ukraine) is called Ukranian Armed Forces too. WHAT THE FUCK?!?

I really don't think games about wars are bad. As long as they don't portray it as something good, they can really open your eyes, such as CoD: World at War did to me.
The fact is roblox has its favourites and its just unfair where there is also a game that for what I have seen and in my experiencing playing it is also refrencing the war in ukraine the game is Karelian War 2024 but I am not sure if its meant to refrence it so if it doesnt then im sorry for the game devs :P
karelian war is a totally different game with no ties to ukraine, its more about a fictional insurgence in karelia which is a region in russia that was finnish before🤭

I forgot the exact year but its 10 or more at least. this is also why you have only really started to see global war on terror games pop up within the last like, 5 years (Middle east conflct sim, syrian shenianigins, eastern war [this one used to have iraq, now it only has yemen], Kabul afghanistan, fireteam, and as well I've seen another few iraq games.

there are games about all types of wars, it depends on where you draw the line to "war profiteering". Plus the "war profiting" of a small sized Roblox game is sooo exaggerated compared to the hundred, maybe thousands of companies, politicians and organizations that profit tremendously off of wars, it's a perfect opportunity for the media (that is funded by the people that are making money off of wars) to distract people with some tiny Roblox game that makes close to no money if you consider the expenses that it has too. The bbc article about my game feels like they are trying to distract the people more and more from the real issues that currently exist. Also, I'm not complaining about anything, in this video I'm just explaining what happened.
