Best Arrow application I've seen so far! Looks SUPER clean too. At first I thought they sounded too "dirtbikish" but that cone seems to give a nice purr with a pretty sick rasp at the top which sounds wicked!
I really have to stop watching this video! The start up with no DB is so sweet. Quick question, I have exactly the same bike, where did you source that rear seat net from? I’ve been looking for ages but all have much bigger open weave, the one you have is perfect for what I need. Can you provide a link? Cheers in advance and subbed for the UK !
Hello, the Arrow exhaust is beautiful, Well done. Can you tell me, if on this exhaust there is the stop allowing to block the central stand when it is folded. I also own a 2022 Honda CB 500 X, but i had the center stand put on my bike and wanted to know if i could order this Arrow exhaust while keeping my center stand. Thank you in advance. Sorry for my english, i’m french…
I’m loving it, I run the bike with the db killer in all the time as it’s just so loud, even with ear plugs in. I’ve not needed to refuel or retune, and I’ve found the bike to be perfectly fine
Hi David. yes it has the metal stop for the center stand, I’ll reply in this thread later with the part number, as I do not have at this moment. Also, I bought this secondhand (almost brand new), though I do think 2020-2021 parts fit.
Great video! Can I ask how the bike feels with the new exhaust? How does it feel when you pull away from the traffic lights and what’s the mid range feel like compared to the standard exhaust? I have a 2018 cb500x and I’m very tempted to upgrade lol 😂 thanks again 👍🏻
Hi! Thanks for the comment! the bike feels pretty much the same, as the we only have the 47Hp, and aren’t getting much extra out of that! If the DB is out, it is realllllly loud, but there is no back pressure and the bike is sluggish at low revs, so I keep the DB in, and it runs really well. I’d recommend changing your front sprocket up to the 16T, and that give it a little more in the low and mid range
On video its hard to judge the volume. Is the arrow exhaust with db killer inside, a lot louder than the default one? Or is it the same amount of db and just a different sound?
Hi! I grabbed it from Facebook marketplace agessss ago, it was for a 2019-21 model but I took a chance and was lucky. They are the same frame and all running gear, only the front end changed really for 2022..
Thanks for the video! Great sound with the Arrow! -I have a 2022 CB500X on order currently, and really like the look of the crash bars you installed. Can you tell me who makes those, and did you have to remove the centre stand to install those bars? Cheers!
www.srcmoto.com/collections/honda-cb500x/products/crash-bars-honda-cb500x?variant=31729052352609 there was no centre stand installed, so no need to remove, and there looks like no issues if you have a centre stand, though i'd recommend speaking with SRC Moto
@@hondaexplorer One more question: Do you know if these bolted on directly to the engine, or the frame? I know different manufacturers have different points of attachment...

Africa Twin with non oem ones have the same problems. Even my old cb650r got problems with sw motech. I'm never getting this shit again. Greetings
Wow it sounds awesome with the DB Killer in and out. Either way is a huge improvement over the boring stock exhaust. If it were my bike I'd probably be taking the DB killer on and off again for a long time.
@@hondaexplorer Actually Arrow exhausts sound awesome on every single bike I've ever heard them make an exhaust for. They're made in Italy too; and Italians have a way of making sophisticated exhaust notes.
@@hondaexplorer I totally agree. My friend had a Triumph Tiger 800 with the Arrow exhaust, and I liked it so much it really put Arrow on the map for me, of premium looking and sounding exhausts.

Yeah, I think the same. I really really love the sound of this exhaust. Most others change the pitch too much where it makes it annoying and exhausting (no pun intended) to ride and hear for a prolonged time. But I just can't get over the looks of it. It's minimal and clean but just looks way too small to fit with the rest of 500X aesthetics. Been on the verge of getting one for my X for months now and I just can't get to terms with the looks
I originally thought the same thing when I first put the exhaust on, now that I’ve had it on the bike for quite a while I am completely used to it and I think if I put the original exhaust back on it would seem awfully large it’s also set of the look of the bike that I’ve got now, if you check out the other videos you may see that it fits that style that I’ve gone for as well
this exhaust looks so good on this bike

How would you compare the Arrow with the DB-killer in to the stock exhaust? How much louder is it? Thanks!
Hi, it is just a deeper sound, it does sound better
Thank you for taking time
Hi, so you’ve had this on your bike for a few months now. How are you finding it? Did you need to adjust the bikes fueling/tuning? Thanks.
I’m loving it, I run the bike with the db killer in all the time as it’s just so loud, even with ear plugs in.
I’ve not needed to refuel or retune, and I’ve found the bike to be perfectly fine
Typically you don't need to retune unless you also do an intake. Exhaust or intake just by themselves usually don't cause the need.
I love the sound so much I’ve must get one for my CB 500 X 2020
It is so good, I love the sound!
I hear that stock exhaust interferes with lower peg kits
I didn’t know that
Has it got the bump stop on the pipe for a back stand? And have you got a link for this exact exhaust? I can’t find one for the 2022 model
