2024 Kia Picanto GT-Line (car review)

- Known as the Picanto, its name is derived from ‘Picante’, which means ‘spicy’ - well at least that’s the online consensus. The important question is whether Kia's 2024 incarnation, in GT-Line trim, exudes that "Ay, Caramba" the moniker implies.
More mild heat than scorching chilli, the Picanto is the smallest car Kia offers, and is very affordably priced at $22,490, with a 5-speed manual gearbox. For an extra $500, you can grab the Astro Grey colour of our tester.
That extra coin also buys you Sparkling Silver, Aurora Black Pearl, Signal Red, Sport Blue or Adventurous Green. A 4-speed automatic transmission adds another $1000 to the price. The Picanto follows Kia’s angular styling and straightened edges design language.

Thanks for your review. We've order an auto Green Picanto Sport because the small fat wheels are more comfy for our shopping and A to B. We can afford quite expensive cars, however we'll use it as a second car and as a faithful 2004 Getz replacement. Melbourne Also. It's nice to see you driving on the Freeway. Few other Aussie testers do this basic 'fit for purpose' review..
Great video presentation very informative. I bet your first car hadn't got the tech depending when you passed. My first car was a 1963 Vauxhall £300. The only accessory was a jack and a new radio that I had fitted. Car's have come a massive way since I passed in 1991. The GT Line S has all the accessories. It's a great looking little car and a big improvement. Thanks for the video.
More visuals of the car inside/outside with your commentary in the background, please.
Why turn on the high lights?
I'lll have to get a used one. Can't be doing without a turbo. ;( Big Fail Kia!
i am buying my first car what do you think about MG core 3
The MG3 Core represents great value for money, and it's hard to fault with the warranty. While it doesn't have buckets of power, it's not a bad place to start your motoring journey. The Suzuki Swift is also worth a look.
You know its Chinese right?
@@69Phuket yep, but why does that matter? Tesla's in Australia are made in China too.
Not one of the best interviews. I won't be subcribing
