Hi! Not sure if this is any help but I had the same struggle. I have bought myself a "Viadukt work" bag from the Brand "Amelie zurich". They do cost a bit of money but this one has the Option to use it as a shoulder bag, cross body OR as backpack and Ou can even attach it to your suitcase in case of flying for a Business Meeting. It is elegant and professional but also functional😊

The bag looks heavy with all the things inside.Can you hold it on your shoulder for hrs while waiting for the bus. I prefer a few things to carry inside my office bag as l need to travel from one place to another.
