I'm bringing in my PC for repair. It is still under warranty, so would this mean that the repair cost would be free? I'm having issues with my CPU cooling.

What's with all the drastic changes to your business model?

We haven't really changed much in the last 3 or 4 years, we're just promoting ourselves more now!

are you able to upgrade your pc without voiding the warranty? with aftermarket parts

Doing upgrades yourself won't void the manufacturers warranty for each of the individual parts that make up the PC, but it may affect some of the Playtech specific warranty features (lifetime tech support) etc - however, we aren't 100% rigid on this and it really depends on what the upgrades are, which is why we ask people to make contact with us first.
Things like hard drive and RAM upgrades are generally fine, it's only really when people start pulling the PC apart and switching core components that we have to be careful as if you install an aftermarket part that turns out to be faulty or damage occurs during installation then your warranty status may come into question.
As always, if you're unsure - get in touch!
