Thanks so much Neil, I was really enjoyed this and was very much intrigued by the stitching and the 'rough' edges left by these 'cheaper' models. Out of interest, I'm going to go check my Filfaxes now to see which ones have these untidy finishes too 🙂

Why did these go out of vogue as daily planners? In the 80s and 90s, practically every business person had their Filofax. Now, the journal population are all into Traveler's Notebooks, Hobonichi planners. I hate those.

My partner has a 1991 Filofax College which also says 'Filofax of England'. We looked at the popper and that has the same branding as the Berwick. She hasn't used it for years in part because of its poor flatability. Thanks
