Hi @LynetteFloyd, and thank you for watching! You bring up a great point about accessibility. Elevators or at least chair lifts can be crucial for homes where bedrooms are upstairs, especially for those with mobility issues or as residents age. In this house design, there might not be visible space allocated for an elevator, but you can probably get a vaccum elevator, similar to this other walkthrough I did. You'll see the elevator at the 1 min, 26 sec. mark. Watch here: ruclips.net/video/zv8k3t4ald8/видео.htmlsi=fmGi5jv804_5jmGV
Hi @carloslittle498, and thanks for your kind words about the house! I've noticed the lack of window dressings too. Do you have any recommendations for styles that would suit this home? Thanks for watching!
Hi there, @streetmoney21, and thanks for chiming in. I appreciate your concerns about the location and noise. This is actually in a much quieter neighborhood in the Southwest. Sure, there can be some air traffic noise due to the fact that this is just a 10 minute drive to the airport. However, I've found that inside the house, the noise is significantly reduced due to soundproof windows and insulation.
Hello @@Annette_Hons! I see where you're coming from, 55 minutes is a little long for a house tour. But, this is not just a “4 bedroom home”. I could cover everything in about 10-15 minutes max, but the video will be hastily done and I’ll be skipping on a lot of details. There is just so much to see in this house. What I can do, is put chapters on my future videos for a better viewing experience. I appreciate your feedback, and thanks for watching.
I appreciate how long and detailed all your videos are. Most realtors don't do that
Hi @palliebrown8932, and thank you for the kind words! I try to go above and beyond to give my viewers a true inside look at these beautiful homes.
Beautiful custom house! The builder did a great job. I love that it has dual master bedrooms and those pocket sliders are a great feature.
Hello @@yUki-Omotomo, and thanks for watching! Yes, having dual primary bedrooms is a nice option to have. We both agree on the pocket sliders!
that property is perfect and then some
I totally agree 💯%! Thanks for stopping by, @JCat373!
This is extremely beautiful. I enjoy your channel. Keep up the great work.
Hi @cadillacsa! Thanks for supporting my channel! I appreciate you!
This is truly a gorgeous property!
Is there a space for an elevator? That is needed in two story homes where the majority bedrooms are upstairs.

What was that thing in the kitchen sink?
Hi @LeonardWebb-pq1qh, and thank you for watching! This is a Galley workstation sink that shows most of its Culinary kit that came with it.
Love the house. The one problem that I have with it for 6 and a 1/2 million dollars. There's no window dressing on any of the windows.

Nice house. Bad location. There’s a lot of noise outside the home. Sounds like it’s close to the highway and air traffic

What year was it built? Who is the builder?

55 minutes?
Hi @sibun7153, and thanks for your input. Yep, 55 mins. 🙂
Love your videos. Very detailed and shows the entire home
Hello @palliebrown8932, and thank you so much for supporting my channel! I'm glad you appreciate the detail and the full tour of the home.
Nice house but a 55 minute video for a walk-through of a four bedroom home is way too long. I turned it off after the first three minutes.

Big home with only 4 bedrooms? Deal breaker. Plus. Not O elevator when the majority of bedrooms on second floor. What happens if the stairs fail?
