One of the best and memorable TV characters ever! He was so funny as Dr. Bellows! Without him, the show would never have been same!! I put him up there with Archie Bunker, Fred Sanford and George Castanza!! Just a hysterically funny guy, definitely underrated.
He was a wonderful actor who brought a lot to the show.

To me Hayden was the funniest actor in the Jeannie sitcom, I still laugh at his facial expressions on that show to this day.
