I actually ran into Austin at a ThriftCon in Houston and mentioned to him he should get on the syndi podcast. So hyped to see it happen, dude has a true love for sneakers. He made some really good points and asked some great questions, looking forward to part 2.

At least Austin knows his shit he's only other person I've heard get the info right on the jordan 17s. I've heard countless people saying all the 17s came with the suitcase. Which just proves to me those people never had a pair or even purchased a pair. Cause it was only the highs not the lows. I literally argued with countless people on that and glad to hear someone else spread the correct info beside Wear testers who also said the same thing.

I’m really confused as to what the hell this kid is talking about… Ja, Morant, and Zion Williamson, all have hoodies, tshirts and everything you could imagine.. you can’t compare the merchandise of athletes today to the 80s with Jordan… it was a big deal back then, because athletes weren’t getting clothing like that… Michael Jordan was like the first automobile… Now there’s automobiles everywhere it’s not a big deal to people anymore. You’re really not that tapped in bro and what are you talking about with the Devin Booker shoe and how it’s not within arms reach? It hasn’t even released yet. Kid just wants to complain and has no idea what he’s talking about. Making it seem like Nike forgot to put the shoe on the shelf… It hasn’t even released yet it comes out the 17th. Dude was always annoying anyways. The kid sitting on the far left in the Travis Scotts looks like hes ready for this kid to leave.
