Regular demolition blades are better than the fire and Rescue for most users. The fire and rescue blades are more towards cutting metal and can do wood. Demolition blades are made to mainly cut wood and the occasional metal
Great video! I went right out and bought one and cut up 30 dead sumac trees. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I will always have one of these from now on.
The best part of this review...Is how battered the casing of the saw is and all the paint worn away at the foot. This says you've used the crap out of it for some time and still willing to post a video on how good it is. I've just ordered one but am simply a DIY'er so the vibrations mean nothing when you only need to make a few cuts sometimes. The power is most important for me.
Hi Brad, I had a chance to use this DeWalt Xr compact reciprocating saw. It was ok but i do agree with you it vibrates a lot. I do hope DeWalt will make a new version with this model. Try to cut the vibration down, front adjustable shoe. Also if they can make the blade holder to do all four position. It's a little weird when the blade is not in the center. Still a great compact reciprocating saw. Just need some improvement. Just my thoughts. Thanks for the video
Michael C hey Michael I agree! The vibration really gets to be a bit much if I’m doing a lot of demo. Any time I have a lot of 2x to cut I find my self going for the chainsaw instead. Always great to hear your thoughts👍
Lowe’s only sells Lenox. I would look at the Diablo carbide teeth tho. I’ve been using a 9inch prancing blade for a stump in destroying and even after hitting dirt multiple times it feels as if it hasn’t lost sharpness at all. Carbide is a bit more expensive but if you can buy it. Diablo is the best blade out there IMO
Hammer and Home well yesterday I used the old girl(made in 2008) a little hard and it got so hot it wouldn’t function even with a fresh battery lol... we’ll see but might have to stop by the depot on the way in Monday if you know what I’m saying...😎
Hi! (Tiffany here.) I meant it as short for demonstrating, but I agree, it's pretty confusing in this context, so I changed it.Thanks for the headsup and thanks for watching!
@@hammerandhome Hi Tiffany. I think you misunderstood. The title of the video is Dewalt Sawzall 20V Max Compact Brushless DCS367 Review, but in the description it says DCS361B 20V Max Cordless Chop Saw. Two different tools. It says Brad reviews and shows the Dewalt DCS361B 20V Max Cordless Chop Saw., but the video is about the DCS367 Compact Saw.
Great video! I like that you get right down to business. No dramatics. Very informative. Thank you very much. I am now a new subscriber.
Thanks, great to hear!

Takes a real man to use one of those! Let see your arms!!
... this is a beautiful sawzall, to bad that has to much vibration, more than the hammer drill in demolition mode.

I think you will like it, I never use the larger model because I find them awkward. This saw is a beast!
Thx for watching
Have this too,,keep it on my atv with a diablo limbing blade. Eats up branches!
michael thompson that’s awesome, I used one to limb a tree once. So easy with the right blade.
For remodeling work if this would be my first cordless recip would you recommend getting this or the flexvolt first?
i would say this one, it's nice and compact so you can get in between studs, I almost never use my larger unit
@@hammerandhome Appreciate it, thanks

Where do you buy lenox blades? I’m stunned that Home Depot does not have them online.

Love the video! I have the old xrp with the converter as well but I can’t run my new 6.0 batteries on it. I’ve been wanting the 367 for the longest
Austin Galloway it’s definitely worth it! As soon as I switched I never went back to the old model. Let me know how you like it when you get it😊

There is a typo in the video description. It says you are demoing the DCS361B 20V Max Cordless Chop Saw.

Oh boy I definitely misunderstood haha! Thank you!!
do you jave to use xr batteries with the dewalt compact resp saw
any 20v max battery will work
Not 2 ways, but 4 ways for the blade.
