This placement allows the microphone to record thoughts.

try it with a light roast, that's where the higher temp will really help.

Maybe some day, but since we do not sell La Marzocco, probably not

How much do you experience your grind setting changing with a change in RPM? I have been using my df83v on 1200rpm for espresso and my grind setting has been down around 10.5-11. I noticed a huge change in grind size slow feeding so thought I’d ask. Any taste difference in RPM as well? Haven’t experimented with that yet since I’ve only had it a few days.

My legato is channeling like crazy too. I wasn't with my Breville but i am with this Legato....
    I use a DF64v (DF83v arrives tomorrow)
    WDT
Use a dialed in Force Tamper
I've pulled with and without a puck screen
Still get channeling.... IDK what to do!

not measuring it in ounces. That's volume. He's using a scale to measure in grams. If the mass of the grams going in was 18, he's likely shooting for 36 in 25-30 seconds.
