How much do you experience your grind setting changing with a change in RPM? I have been using my df83v on 1200rpm for espresso and my grind setting has been down around 10.5-11. I noticed a huge change in grind size slow feeding so thought I’d ask. Any taste difference in RPM as well? Haven’t experimented with that yet since I’ve only had it a few days.
My legato is channeling like crazy too. I wasn't with my Breville but i am with this Legato.... I use a DF64v (DF83v arrives tomorrow) WDT Use a dialed in Force Tamper I've pulled with and without a puck screen Still get channeling.... IDK what to do!
not measuring it in ounces. That's volume. He's using a scale to measure in grams. If the mass of the grams going in was 18, he's likely shooting for 36 in 25-30 seconds.
Great overview!
We appreciate it!
Swirling doesn't get it. Need to stir!
Your microphone placement is gold 😂
Haha thanks! 🙏
This placement allows the microphone to record thoughts.
try it with a light roast, that's where the higher temp will really help.
Absolutely!!
Are you making a video on the new Linea Mini released yesterday?
Maybe some day, but since we do not sell La Marzocco, probably not
