Spent 7 years in the Bradenton/Sarasota area in teh 90's. I wont go back. I'm selling my house also here in Hiram/Douglasville Area. They are making highway 92, 6 lanes from 2. This used to be a nice quiet area. Were blessed to be able to now sell as Commercial so we will be set once it sells. I plan on going south towards Valdosta. But unlike you, I want 5000 sq foot Shop and 2K house lol. We dont have kids so dont need a lot of space for a house. I just do not like Floridas laws. They are so crazy. My dang parents bought a house in northern FL is only reason I am going south a bit but staying in GA. You're doing great man, glad to see you succeed.
the Sarasota Bradenton area is the worst when it’s beach season, I can only imagine living there but dang from 2 to 6 lanes? That’s wild. Lol but dang I appreciate it man & I get that 100% hope things are going well over there
