Don't really know what to say about JRAD. They are totally reinventing, reveling in, celebrating the Dead's music. It is just awesome. Plus I love how fast they play.....
Chris, I don't think what they do could be articulated any better.
they're not just playing these songs, they're celebrating them
exactly! and that's what makes this band so good
that's eggactly correct
They're cash grabbing them
@@Frank_Reynolds__. Dead and Co is doing that with their $200 tickets
They might just be the best live band out there right now
The most AMAZING Intro from one of the BEST bands today!
I wish Jerry was here to hear them. Some of the peaks they've found are out of this world.
Jerry hears them ,life is eternal!
Following in the tradition of the Max Roach and Art Blakey jazz bands that had the musicians working around drummers leading the band. This is just a factoid I couldn't resist mentioning. Further, this band really cooks the GD great music. Can't say enough about Tom Hamilton's guitar work and vocals as well.

Super , kommt nach GERMANY: I like it very much . Superb musicianship. Some GIGS in Germany? There are some good hippie festivals in sommertime. Your band will be warmly welcome. Best regards LUSCHES
One of my favorite shows of 2015...
This is heaven!!
Great intro jam! Looking forward to your upcoming show in DC.
You guys are awesome! Great Music!! Congrats!!
Absolutely crushing it
feel better for ever hearing this!!!
These guys are a better band than Dead & Co
Agree
Just what the Dr. ordered✌
wow! simply amazing
Please tour more !! :)
I thought these guys were just a dead cover band. Boy was I wrong love these guys
Does anyone know what triads Scott is using at 10:41? I think they are b minor I'm not sure but I really like the sound of it
Nevermind I got it it's a bmajor, e caged shape an octave up, really it's the d# and f# on the g and b strings, then the a major e caged shape, but Im doing an A sus to A so the 4th and 5th together and then the 3rd and 5th together, then going to to b major a caged shape and then down to the a major caged shape, root and 3rd for each. Basically everything's on the g and b strings
seeing these guys in Albany in march and then at peachfest.
I was there at the Peach. Glad the rain let up that night. They were great!
Was hoping the intro would not end
who's the woman on vocals with the pedal steel?
+David Bourne Nicole Atkins

That was... (dare I say it..) my delight!
lyrics for this song?? anyone?? Eyes of the World???
"Eyes Of The World"
Right outside this lazy summer home
you ain't got time to call your soul a critic no.
Right outside the lazy gate of winter's summer home,
wond'rin' where the nut-thatch winters,
wings a mile long just carried the bird away.
Wake up to find out that you are the eyes of the world,
the heart has its beaches, its homeland and thoughts of its own.
Wake now, discover that you are the song that the mornin' brings,
But the heart has its seasons, its evenin's and songs of its own.
There comes a redeemer, and he slowly too fades away,
And there follows his wagon behind him that's loaded with clay.
And the seeds that were silent all burst into bloom, and decay,
and night comes so quiet, it's close on the heels of the day.
Wake up to find out that you are the eyes of the world,
the heart has its beaches, its homeland and thoughts of its own.
Wake now, discover that you are the song that the mornin' brings,
But the heart has its seasons, its evenin's and songs of its own.
Sometimes we live no particular way but our own,
And sometimes we visit your country and live in your home,
sometimes we ride on your horses, sometimes we walk alone,
sometimes the songs that we hear are just songs of our own.
Wake up to find out that you are the eyes of the world,
the heart has its beaches, its homeland and thoughts of its own.
Wake now, discover that you are the song that the mornin' brings,
But the heart has its seasons, its evenin's and songs of its own.
Not the best at what they. They are the only ones that do what they do
Ok, that's a line stolen from Bill Graham's margue for the 1979 Warfield Theater shows for the GD. That being said, these guys are really amazing! Long live the music!!!
