    He bought the plot right besides Dorothy Stratton’s grave, so they are together forever.. rest in peace Peter and Dorothy 🕊️🙏🏻

    Masterful filmmaker, from stark drama (Last Picture Show) to zany comedy (Noises Off). And a wonderful film writer.

    What a loss. He was a major force in American film. His influence is pervasive but hard to trace. I love his body of work. His love of film will live forever.

    Any lover of classic movies will love Peter's books WHO THE DEVIL MADE IT and WHO THE HELL'S IN IT. I also love his documentary DIRECTED BY JOHN FORD. And of course his own movies. My favorite of his is PAPER MOON.

    He was close friends with Orson Welles who was even a long term house guest. Weirdly he mirrored Welles in his self destruction of a brilliant career.

      Of his newer films, I really liked "The Cat's Meow"... and, of course, his 4-hour Tom Petty documentary, "Runnin' Down A Dream", is _mandatory_ viewing!

    NICE DOCUMENTARY ON PETER... There were 3 top songs on Peter's lover Dorothy. They were by Bryan Adams, Prism & to hear/see UK's tribute Google "Lesley Vickerage - The Story of Dorothy Stratten. Allen David /Steve Flynn Music Videos You Tube". British Major screen star Lesley sings in memory of Dorothy.

      Isn't this the director that fled to France.. he was wanted for rape of a minor in the states.. it's a club with a lot of members.. ask Epstein.

      Thanks Mindy....yes he is buried next to Dorothy at Westwood Village Memorial Park....he waited so looong to be with her. Love is forever.
      And some people don't understand....Peter and Louise both were hurting and found solace in each other that no one else could give them at that time.👍🌹💯😇

    Peter Bogdanovich died. :( 1939-2022. Turner Classic Movies would do TCM Remembers video as a tribute to the late film director/producer.
