Nirvana Lawsuit Update: Amended Complaint & Motion to Intervene

Spencer Elden, the guy suing Nirvana over his baby photo, filed an amended complaint in federal court, still alleging that his baby photo on the cover of Nevermind constitutes child pornography. Notably, he removed Chad Channing from the lawsuit. Also, a Nirvana fan tried to add himself as a defendant.
