The fact that kids connected and enjoyed so many shows like Monster High and Barbie Life in the Dream House, but parents argued they weren’t acceptable really goes to show how little parents actually know about their own children. uhm...this is where I agree. I used to make my Barbie's die from the worst murders ever...then again I think I only knew as every murder was a cludo death. Like using a candle stick to kill Barbie.
Imagine being a parent who sees something completely harmless your kid likes as a cartoon or toy and you just have to go and tear it down just to feel like you accomplished something. Guarantee they’ll never wanna share their interests with you again, trust me, I’ve been there.

That show was a masterpiece of comedy. My parents actually thought it was funny, especially the flipquakes episodes. It reminded me of when my siblings and I would play with dolls and make up absolutely ridiculous stories 😊
Ms. Patricio from "The Patricios" on RUclips is the best parent to her son anr daughter. Watching her reaction to the Barbie movie trailer with her daughter and saying "You still play with Barbies" show how amazing of a mother she is.
i didn't even like barbies too much growing up (i was soooooo bitter that my parents would never buy me action figurines and transformers) and watched old movies mostly because we had them on cds laying around the house, but i remember going to a relatives' house to hop on their computer and see if a new barbie dreamhouse episode dropped before moving on to my action cartoons. the show had great visual gags and the characters spoke clearly, so it was easy for a foreign kid such as myself to get the gist of everything without needing subtitles. my enjoyment only grew when i got to rewatch it as an adult with my friends and started catching all the tasteful "grownup" jokes
I love Barbie in the dreamhouse I wish there was more I wish I could collect all of the dolls that were in the barbecue of the dream house set but I can't find them all for what I want and in good condition sorry

But she understood you don’t act like that in real life. They are dolls and it’s not real. But maybe for little, little kids is what these parents are talking about.

It was a great show. My young granddaughter could watch it for all the girly stuff, but I enjoyed it for all the adult stuff included. We were sad it was canceled.

this was the only show my mum and I liked to watch with my younger sister. she absolutely loves Barbie. I am not a huge fan because I'm more of a tomboy and struggled to see the point of something so pink. (no offense to those people who are tomboys and love pink) but the comedy and the drama was Amazing. literally made my day full of laughter. I didn't have to like Barbie or anything but could watch it.
Of course parents always have to ruin Define I get mad over the stupidest of things and if they're mad when Nikki and Mitch got mad at Barbie for being delusional I'm making them come all that way to her just to find it in her purse she was carrying around the whole time I feel like it's just normal for them to get mad I also kind of feel like this is also the reason why Bratz got taken off of are because they were saying how toxic friend group the Bratz girls were but I don't think of that I just think they got mad that they weren't a perfect friend group and that they had their ups and downs just like the characters in Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse well at least I got to have two whole seasons before they replace it with the Dreamhouse Adventures which is the worst I don't hate it it's just that it really shows how Barbie has declined in recent years
I really liked Barbie in the Dreamhouse cuz it was clearly made for the fans and it's actually no kind of funny unlike Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures which is basic and no fun I like Barbie back when she used to be a fashionista and had makeup and had like the eyelashes that were not that short but now she's just basic I mean I like the fact that they're now making dolls that have wheelchairs dolls that have Prosthetics I just wish that a Barbie could have kept her Fashionista Slayer when she got more body types and got more stuff in general
And also I feel like Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse should make a return and they should cancel Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures because it's just the mediocre replacement that can never be Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse also I feel like making Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse in 2024 wouldn't it be impossible because unlike the animation in the early Barbie movie which would be impossible to recreate now or if you like kind of impossible to recreate it but the animation of Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse was Modern I feel like remaking the show in 2024 wouldn't be hard so Mattel please bring it back because it has been the best Barbie Series in a while like sure maybe the movies in 2010 weren't that good for Barbie but at least Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse was you know funny the jokes hit and they clearly actually don't care about the fans unlike other stuff cough cough Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures
