  • In this contemplation, Richard dives deep into the theme of self judgment from the unique view of our soul, which represents the process of eternal perfection. Weaving together these two themes of the self judging human and the all-forgiving soul, Richard brings us into an integrated view that unites radical authenticity with deep self compassion.

    The Gene Keys is the best book I've read in years! I actually didn't do my profile until after reading and making notes throughout the book. To my surprise those keys that I made notes next to about myself turned out to be part of my profile! Just wow.

    Thank you Richard for this message today, I so resonate with this as I suffer from immense self judgement and lack of confidence, having said that, I am to the outside world a very outgoing confident person, but the turmoil with in is very different. And because of that I judge others knowing that if I do it 1st it can’t be done back to me. It’s also a way of keeping my self safe from criticism which was a pattern of my childhood, having never felt good enough around my father. I’m really working on releasing judgement of the ones I love and being so very kind and loving to myself. And this message today just validates it so much for me.💫🙏💖

    Thank you. It is a challenging time for sure.... lately I have been noticing those who cause a great deal of agony and will not make amends for it (both in my personal life and seeing it on a larger scale, e.g. today's governments). And those who suffer through agony and seeking solace outside of themselves, which I am learning to navigate as well. I am starting to create healthy boundaries for myself... it can be emotionally painful at times. I remind myself that I am Loved, I am Loved, I am Love. Hopefully, in the time to come, I will attract more meaningful connections with honest and open dialogue. Though this process is a tough one, I know in the end, I will be at peace.

    Thank you Richard. Such gentle insight as always. I was only discussing the nature of the Life Review the other day with a friend, and how the Universe, while not judging us, holds us to account. Indeed, taking responsibility in this life for ones actions is a way we may hold ourselves to account, and as your say, find the compost from which we may grow. Thank you!

    Al-Kahf - Verse 46
    ٱلْمَالُ وَٱلْبَنُونَ زِينَةُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ وَٱلْبَـٰقِيَـٰتُ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتُ خَيْرٌ عِندَ رَبِّكَ ثَوَابًا وَخَيْرٌ أَمَلًا
    { Wealth and children are the adornment of this worldly life, but the everlasting good deeds are far better with your Lord in reward and in hope. }
    [Dr. Mustafa Khattabs translation of the meaning of the Holy Qur'an]
    In the very judgmental and materialistic world created by us human beings, we tend to forget that it is not the remaining and essential part of our being - but an adornment, a way to settle down our beings with more ease, a way to learn from our mistakes and imperfections - and that the remaining essential part of us are our immaterial intentions, the ways of our soul, how we struggle through this worldly experience & the way we behave towards ourselves and others, the connection to our depths & our connection to the One & Only Creator
    🤍🌿🕊🌿🤍

    Actually though we all have Buddha nature it must be cultivated through renunciation meditation, contemplation of dharma, the words of the Buddha contained in his 184 verbal teachings, (meticulously transcribed by the Bodhisattvas, including sacred vows to be taken to heart. The Buddha did say that attachment to desire, fame, reputation, leads to the root downfalls. Desire, ie; attachment is the underlying cause of the four other emotional obscurations which are Anger, Ignorance, Pride and jealousy. Desire drives them. So the dilemma is how to do mundane life, yet cultivate one’s mind, renunciation and attain enlightenment when samsaric existence and survival depends upon doing so very many time and energy consuming chores in a day, each and every day, please? As one must address all that stuff in order to be free to sit on one’s cushion and practice without guilt and fear of overlooking some mundane, cosmically irrelevant detail, that if overlooked can have severe repercussions to one’s and others’ survival?

    Hi Richard, I found it helpful. The 18.4 is my life’s work and I have 18.6 in my body Pluto. So for me being a 4/6 profile this is so my alpha and omega. To being this as a expression for me is one if the the greatest love letters from the universe. You are perfect. And you are loved in that just as you are. To understand This siddhi is to get that. And when I actively realize and recognize I am grateful and deeply touched by life. 🫀🙏🏽
