I need help 🙂 I can understand after being silent I see that I'm nothing but Awareness only. But The Objects in my house like walls, fan, lights, bed and my parents or my Brother how can these all be the Awareness that which is in depth of the separate body that I carry. They should have there Awareness and here I have my Awareness. How is it wrong ? How can I realize ? How do I understand or Realize correctly the inseparable Oneness on an experincial Level? Thank you
You are saying all this What I see, hear, feel, experience are only in my mental world not real ?! what about my body brain the hard bones which can break if required pressure has given unto them in my body are these also just thoughts that I can touch roughly? My father my brother whom I can touch involve interect when they hit me or I hit him we get hurt roughly on body... these are too just thought Only? there's nothing real? How could I understand please help if that is so actually, where these thought originated from? in the brain? so is the brain real? or the brain itself a thought that we are imagining touching feeling seeing and experiencing !? In that case is thought only the reality? In this case also where this projection of experincial thought originating from? or thought is just a very intense and immense projection that is appearing in Consciousness, Awareness. Thank you for this 🙏 which I came across having left YT running as I fell asleep. I've recently read some of the books about and by Ramana Mahashi. All night, as I slept, I was aware of self-enquiry because of this; sometimes lucidly conscious of my own awareness, sometimes dreaming about it. When I woke up, I was much more stable in my awareness having practiced all night in this way whilst the activity of the mind was 'absent'. I can see thoughts objectively arising and release them now in the waking state. The mind's hold feels less compelling as a result. Your audio has been instrumental in this I believe. Thank you gratefully 🙏
Everything he says is exactly true, and very simple. Love it. I enjoy Nisargadatta's "I Am That" much more than Ramana for some reason, but it makes no sense because Ramana is perfection. Sit in silence for hours at a time, for days at a time and remain peaceful in life. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Learned a Arabic word today Barakah it’s very interesting Baraka is a blessing power, a kind of continuity of spiritual presence and revelation that begins with God and flows through that and those closest to God. Baraka can be found within physical objects, places, and people, as chosen by God I can relate to this
