It is difficult to disprove someone that uses manipulative language and formulates things in such a way that makes it easy to double back when they're caught being blatantly wrong. This is what he means by 'tricky'. A lot of people do this, often to gaslight or to avoid looking weak. I don't see anything 'dumb' about this as it describes the typically manipulative and egotistical people that argue online. Or they can have some truth to them. But that's a nothing-burger statement. The most deranged of conspiracy theories and takes on life have some truth to them. They can still be blatantly wrong as a whole. I've never understood the whole "if you like Tru3 then you don't like Otz" and vice versa. I love both yours and Otz's content and it's pretty much the only content I consume (unless Hens or someone is doing a cool challenge) for DBD and you both say things I agree and disagree with. It's so weird. You guys are similar in terms of opinions on the game as far as I've seen and the only real differences come from your individual vibes. You tend to be more chill and Otz is super upbeat. Granted, those are generalizations. Regardless, the "divide" I do not see.

This video was so infuriating to me but I forced myself to watch it all before writing down my thoughts. What I see is (and have seen for the 6 years of watching this channel) is someone who is genuine, honest, and mature. I never have to guess what Tru3 ACTUALLY thinks, which is an honest breath of fresh air nowadays. His arguments and opinions aren't fought EMOTIONALLY, and shows a great deal of respect to others because he understands that content creators are humans too. What's crazy to me is how wishy-washy that video's arguments were, constantly back pedaling on previous points made. This is straight up defamation, and the fact that he's being compared to (and essentially being called equal to or worse than) content creators who display immature and destructive behaviors is why this video is infuriating to me. I've seen videos from other DbD creators and sometimes, not always, when watching a few videos back to back some of the survivors in the game have the same username between videos. These videos are typically framed as solo play. Obviously it can't be solo play if the same people are in the videos.

I play killer and survivor equally and i never understood the mentality of hating on killers for playing to win. I cant be the only person that plays a game to win right? Right guys? Sure i wont face camp and purposely tunnel someone, because it doesn't work, but if the survivors keep throwing themselves at me without thinking i will down them and hook them. And if a killer is camping, i will do everything in my power to make it a mistake for them to do so in order TO WIN. It is a video game after all winning is fun

Is he's claiming the majority of your viewers don't watch or interact with the content you're mocking in the prior video they showed. So when you are making the claim that most of the survivor content you see looks like when you smurfed, no-one in you chat will try to disagree with you because they don't interact with survivor content so they don't challenge your view in chat and they essentially just agree with everything you say so you're in your own bubble. Which could be true (I honestly don't watch your live streams just your youtube highlights) so can't comment on that. But if we and he was being brutally honest, when you see a survivor video from a random youtuber or a youtube short that gets recommended it's almost always "bullying the killer" content which is easiest to do vs bad killers which would be easiest to do if you smurf. I love the idea that the killer using all the tools available to them (strategy) to try and win is automatically toxic gameplay, but survivors using all the tools available to them to win (various OP perks/combos, flashlights, sabo, BNP ect.) is not. Killer using their brain, because the game gives them nothing, is toxic. Survivors getting to pick and choose what thing they want to abuse for EZ bully content is absolutely fine. It's so tiring. I get why this game specifically has attracted these kind of weirdos who get into this "us and them" shit, because it's so biased towards one side they can feel safe, but holy shit it's cringe. This was painful to watch. Whatever point this guy was trying to make, he couldve done it in at least half the time it actually took him. So much repeating himself, redundant statements, or just irrelevant tangents. I hope hes a teenager given the quality of this video. I am not subbed to Tru3 and stopped watching Twitch a long time ago, but i still watch the occasional Tru3 video. I actually first saw Tru3 back when Dark Souls 2 came out and watched his PVP content. I disagree with Tru3 often, and i think he has a very strong killer bias, but I do think he is unfairly treated as a punching bag on a regular basis. My biggest desire is for both sides to have fun and to have empathy for one another. Just dont be a total jerk. If everyone followed the golden rule, DBD would be one thousand times better.

Why does truetalent make claims about how people misinterpret what he's saying or what he means and then proceeds to assume literally everything in the video from the points to the purpose. The videos not even about just him and he says the guys using his name for views 5 different times before he even gets brought up. People shouldn't even try to reason with him when all he does is assume the worst about everyone all the time. It's textbook brain rot. I think the icing of the cake is when he makes a claim that whoever made the video is "biased", while constantly assuming the worst over and over in the most biased manner all because he knows he's at some point criticized in the video. I understand the irritation and frustration at everything that was said about you Tru3. Anyone would be upset, but I don't think he was saying he agrees with all of it. He was just saying what most peoples perception is, outside of your own community. Which in my experience is mostly true. Alot of the "bad guys" of dbd aren't really bad guys at all, was the main point of the video. Thats what I took away anyway. Also, he only said you are the biggest one because you have the most followers, therefore you're the "biggest" one on his list. There is alot of undeserved animosity towards you, but to be honest you feed the trolls sometimes. Great video as always True, your case is pretty peculiar to me (I'm going to clarify that I'm not one of your 'fans' in the sense that I only watch you from time to time and don't consume your videos on a regular basis like a do with Red Gaming Gears or Twoknee per example), I never saw someone be so hated for the most silly things. Everyone says you're an entitled asshole, but anytime I see you you're always level headed and collected, I particullary enjoyed your talks with Otz (fucking love Otz). I'm more inclined to be on your side since that's what I see, not what I heard. I got that VoidTodos guy 2x in the same morning, a few weeks ago (NA East servers). He would bring a The Game offering, you would spawn in and a full legacy Billy would teleport to you and 2-tap you with M1s. In the post-game, the account left a message saying it was an AI and linking to his channel.
That's the dumbest sentence I think I've heard in a while. " Trying to disprove him of facts that are just blatantly wrong is kind of tricky". If his facts are blatantly wrong it should be a piece of cake to disprove. If not it's obviously because they have some sort of truth to them.
It is difficult to disprove someone that uses manipulative language and formulates things in such a way that makes it easy to double back when they're caught being blatantly wrong. This is what he means by 'tricky'. A lot of people do this, often to gaslight or to avoid looking weak.
I don't see anything 'dumb' about this as it describes the typically manipulative and egotistical people that argue online.

I've never understood the whole "if you like Tru3 then you don't like Otz" and vice versa. I love both yours and Otz's content and it's pretty much the only content I consume (unless Hens or someone is doing a cool challenge) for DBD and you both say things I agree and disagree with. It's so weird. You guys are similar in terms of opinions on the game as far as I've seen and the only real differences come from your individual vibes. You tend to be more chill and Otz is super upbeat. Granted, those are generalizations. Regardless, the "divide" I do not see.

This video was so infuriating to me but I forced myself to watch it all before writing down my thoughts. What I see is (and have seen for the 6 years of watching this channel) is someone who is genuine, honest, and mature. I never have to guess what Tru3 ACTUALLY thinks, which is an honest breath of fresh air nowadays. His arguments and opinions aren't fought EMOTIONALLY, and shows a great deal of respect to others because he understands that content creators are humans too. What's crazy to me is how wishy-washy that video's arguments were, constantly back pedaling on previous points made. This is straight up defamation, and the fact that he's being compared to (and essentially being called equal to or worse than) content creators who display immature and destructive behaviors is why this video is infuriating to me.

You question why Skyfaction is so confident on why they are not smurfing, and he has no proof behind that statement. Meanwhile you say that 99% of survivor RUclipsrs, basically 100% at this point, smurf and try to go against new killer. So where's your proof? Where is the evidence to why YOU are so confident that they are indeed smurfing. I just think that's a bit hypocritical imo. I love the idea that the killer using all the tools available to them (strategy) to try and win is automatically toxic gameplay, but survivors using all the tools available to them to win (various OP perks/combos, flashlights, sabo, BNP ect.) is not. Killer using their brain, because the game gives them nothing, is toxic. Survivors getting to pick and choose what thing they want to abuse for EZ bully content is absolutely fine. It's so tiring. I get why this game specifically has attracted these kind of weirdos who get into this "us and them" shit, because it's so biased towards one side they can feel safe, but holy shit it's cringe. I'm glad DBD is acting as containment for these weirdos though. I hope the game never dies and these never people leak out into other communities.

This was painful to watch. Whatever point this guy was trying to make, he couldve done it in at least half the time it actually took him. So much repeating himself, redundant statements, or just irrelevant tangents. I hope hes a teenager given the quality of this video.
I am not subbed to Tru3 and stopped watching Twitch a long time ago, but i still watch the occasional Tru3 video. I actually first saw Tru3 back when Dark Souls 2 came out and watched his PVP content. I disagree with Tru3 often, and i think he has a very strong killer bias, but I do think he is unfairly treated as a punching bag on a regular basis.
My biggest desire is for both sides to have fun and to have empathy for one another. Just dont be a total jerk. If everyone followed the golden rule, DBD would be one thousand times better.

Why does truetalent make claims about how people misinterpret what he's saying or what he means and then proceeds to assume literally everything in the video from the points to the purpose. The videos not even about just him and he says the guys using his name for views 5 different times before he even gets brought up. People shouldn't even try to reason with him when all he does is assume the worst about everyone all the time. It's textbook brain rot. I think the icing of the cake is when he makes a claim that whoever made the video is "biased", while constantly assuming the worst over and over in the most biased manner all because he knows he's at some point criticized in the video. I really think they should just stop talking about him, he never takes the criticism on the chin and never even begins to try and be good faith about anything. Ridiculous.

I understand the irritation and frustration at everything that was said about you Tru3. Anyone would be upset, but I don't think he was saying he agrees with all of it. He was just saying what most peoples perception is, outside of your own community. Which in my experience is mostly true. Alot of the "bad guys" of dbd aren't really bad guys at all, was the main point of the video. Thats what I took away anyway. Also, he only said you are the biggest one because you have the most followers, therefore you're the "biggest" one on his list. There is alot of undeserved animosity towards you, but to be honest you feed the trolls sometimes. Being stubbornly unwilling to just ignore the haters, makes them continue to try to get a reaction out of you, and it works. Half of this video is a buffet of juicy Tru3talent reations to everything they want to see you react to. It also gives them ammunition because they know what gets you worked up. I'm not trying to justify it, just giving you an outside perspective.
That content creator who is featured in True's video has made a video in the past where he doxxed a cheater. Of course I don't defend cheaters but that was extreme in my eyes. Not sure how I feel about him.

Great video as always True, your case is pretty peculiar to me (I'm going to clarify that I'm not one of your 'fans' in the sense that I only watch you from time to time and don't consume your videos on a regular basis like a do with Red Gaming Gears or Twoknee per example), I never saw someone be so hated for the most silly things. Everyone says you're an entitled asshole, but anytime I see you you're always level headed and collected, I particullary enjoyed your talks with Otz (fucking love Otz). I'm more inclined to be on your side since that's what I see, not what I heard. I don't think SkyFaction has any bad blood with you or something like that, I think he just did a video that seemed interesting and wasn't looking to make you look like the asshole (hell, considering the parroting of twitter and the type of video you appeared I think he was quite gentle and give you a lots of props), having said that, I believe you have very valid points in highlighting how on one hand, he dismisses how you're constantly harassed only to backpedal and say that he clearly saw your personality being flanderized and turned into a meme. However, I still insist that he probably made it as a random video, thinking about the content without giving it much relevance. I don't think he did it with bad intentions.
By the way, I have a question for you. Have you ever thought about going to another game? I don't know how you do it; Personally, I wouldn't have your patience, but if they did that to me in a community as toxic as DBD, I'd say "fuck it" and switch to another game. I'd find a place where I'm truly valued and not scrutinized for everything I do or insulted for it.

He would bring a The Game offering, you would spawn in and a full legacy Billy would teleport to you and 2-tap you with M1s. In the post-game, the account left a message saying it was an AI and linking to his channel.
