Nice mate, this video has made me go back and work my last couple of races for g/hr and whatnot - I blew up on my 30k in September 130g/hr = too much pepper

Haha yep. Not sure I deserve any respect for lacing them up and hoping they’d be fine. 😂 Great shoes but they definitely need some getting used to!

Saw you out on course, think I shouted that I watched your youtube as you were coming down from Lockleys but I was pretty cooked by that point, so who knows what actually came out of my mouth. Awesome run on what was definitely a brutal course.
