Much gratitude for this video... may we all spread love light and gratitude throughout the World! Many are hurting and if you open your mind to healing yourself, loving yourself, hopefully we'll all be making the world a better place... peace and joy to everyone....
Persistant trauma is the biggest obstacle and barrier to ever being able to positively change your life and allow good things to come to you because of the incoherent vibrational frequency that serious trauma causes one to emit.
I disagree, when I was 21 I woke up to a strange man standing over me threatening to kill me, he had broken into my apartment. I escaped physically unharmed up emotionally shattered. I had just met the man I would be married to. After I escaped I went to visit the man I just met and never left him from that day on and I moved in with him. We were married for 40 years, had 2 children, multiple businesses together, traveled the world literally both to Asia my home country of Korea, all over the USA coast to coast and deep into Acapulco Mexico. When my girls were old enough to stay home alone I went back to college’s and eventually received my AA, BS and 2 Masters Degrees which took me about 10 years to complete as I took time off between those degrees to focus on my careers. Everybody has their own life path, we get to decide what we want and if you want it bad enough you’ll find a way to achieve it 🙏
@penniroyal4398 With all due respect you are describing just one bad event from which you escaped completely unharmed..but say emotionally shattered(this is subjective based on how long you were on the sidelines for..if at all that is?)but I don't detect it having done any real damage to your physical or psychological well being in a severe way because you say you went on to run several businesses which you would not have able to do if you had been seriously traumatised..you just wouldn't have the well being to cope with the stresses of running a business if your mind was severely damaged by events. So I'm not really sure how you can say from your own experiences in life whether trauma can or can't effect someone's pathway to good things. It sounds like your pathway has been quite unobstructed..you travelled and you studied and you achieved things and you have put effort and energy into getting the positive results of these endeavours but I'm sorry...where is the trauma that you overcame to get where you did..i don't hear of any? And I certainly don't hear of any persistant tragedy unfolding time and again whenever you tried to make positive change? To me it sounds like you had an awfully unfortunate event in life which awoke you to grab life by the neck and go after what you wanted..good for you and I mean that sincerely but we're comparing Apples and Oranges here to the kind stuff I was trying to get at in my inital comment for which you replied to
@penniroyal4398 your story has to do with a single traumatic event as an adult, whereas this comment is talking about *persistent* trauma, like being repeatedly traumatized during your formative years, over and over. I don't think it's impossible to overcome, but I agree with the idea that it is a big obstacle and does make it more difficult to change.
That’s what therapy is for! You might need to talk to a professional therapist to help guide you back to the person you were before the trauma. That’s what I did and I stayed in therapy when I had the opportunities. If you go to college there are onsite therapists that you can see. I did that at several colleges I went to. I also pretty much have a minor in psychology for my undergraduate degree I completed in my 40’s. Look into social services where you live and see what f you can get into any programs and if you have insurance through your employer ask if they offer counseling or have a therapist you can make an appointment with. You might need to see a MD first and have them put in a medical request first. That’s what my doctor did for me.
@@penniroyal4398 I'm not sure if you received my reply to your reply to my initial post but I don't see it there for some reason..however you most likely received a notification via email that I had replied to you as I also received when you replied to me so I hope you had a chance to hear what I had to say in response. Anyway in response to this post I would like to say that..of course I have been down the road of Therapy..extensively in fact for 25 years but I'm surprised you made an assumption I had not already taken such measures in respect of my problems? I'm curious to know how you would think that i could even arrive at the conclusion spoken of in my initial post without having been on a journey toward healing and well being in the first place?
