phew! That I actually layed down after waking, on my back and followed along the whole time is like a miracle! It's wild how I could feel the different vibrations in my body to the words I was saying to it- like the words and my body were of different chords and were clashing. It felt like what I usually identify as "anxiety". I open all my pores and am allowing all these nourishing words and intentions to sink in and be fully absorbed with no healing trauma.
