Mosley at minimum C, he knew how to prioritize his players last season with Paolo ROTY, Markelle having his best season, Franz getting better, Bol Bol had shown promise..... not to the extent of Daigneault's coaching of OKC, but C tier would be perfect Willie Green also should be C or even B tier, he's made the Pelicans a consistent 7-9 seed (even with Zion missing most of the season) and using his players right with Ingram, Trey, Alvarado, Herb, McCollum etc.
Here’s what I’ll say about Joe. Every fan called Ime a great coach after the Cs made the finals. Joe gets almost as close, wins more games with the same roster(add Brogdon) also not even admitting that Ime got outcoached in 3 of the Celtics 4 series last year. Why is Ime considered SOOO much better than Joe?

Mazzulla that low is crazy yes he sometimes had bad decision making last season but that was his first year of coaching he almost coached as a rookie head coach to the NBA finals
He had a great team and Udoka basically did his job before he left. Had his team improved then what you're saying is justified, but man.. Celtics was atrocious.
Actually Chris Finch was the last raptors assistant coach to get sent over to another team, Minnesota acquired him midseason from Toronto after firing Ryan Saunders

That just doesn't really make any sense, and it doesn't help that you didn't explain why he was worse than some guys a head of him (who he is better than I may add) but overall good video

He relys on PG and Kawhi to just carry the load on both sides like there both Lebron. He likes playing with vets who suck and were good years ago (plumlee, gordon, MARCUS MORRIS) instead of younger players who actually hustle like T Mann or Kennard.
Also after watching Steve Kerr get slapped with his small ball that only works when he has the greatest shooter and the greatest small ball big ever on the team he is for sure overatted
Mosley should def be way higher. He had to navigate a szn coaching a roster with ZERO spacing, and still stayed somewhat competitive. Dude knows how to get the most out of his young guys, he should at least be a B tier coach.
Now that the Celtics have won it all, and Mazzulla out coaching Kidd, wonder how he would stack up now. Just a reminder: Mazzulla was thrust into the interim head coaching position right before training camp, and had a lot of the assistant coaching staff leave. The players already said that they didn’t think it was fair that Ime was suspended, and even though they may not have opposed Joe, he still had to do work to gain the locker room. Not to mention a lot of assistants who were hired by Ime probably didn’t like that a behind the bench coach was promoted over them, with one assistant coach (for an already depleted coaching staff) straight up left for another job right before the playoffs. I would recommend listening to Joe on Reddick’s podcast, he explains a lot of the rationale about why he doesn’t call timeouts, and why he has his players do the things they do. Although I did advocate for Joe to have at least a full season under him before firing him, that podcast made me appreciate all the logic behind everything he does.
Ty Lue is AT LEAST a B, it’s not his fault that Kawhi is hurt damn near every playoff series. Also Monty is an F, all that young talent on the pistons and they’re somehow worse than last year?

Never call timeout when it matters, never put Grant and Payton on the court to do what they're good at, Not to mention Celtics instantly turned into a team with no defense from one of the best defensive team in the league in just a year. It's fair to put Joe in D.
Joe mazulla id die on a hill is an F tier coach(for this past szn at least). So much talent but blows so many leads and lets the series slides till they reached the heat and gave up for 3 games (sure brought it to game 7 but couldnt make ingame adjustments or call tjmeouts)

He also coached the greatest offense in league history with a bunch of young players who are only gonna get better. not a good take at all
