El Salvador looks stunning! It’s crazy how the country went from one of the most dangerous to one of the most safe in the Americas in less than 10 years.
I remember being a kid and visiting el cuco and las tunas beaches, the incredible seafood and everything that region had to offer but hands down best beach I remember is costa del sol in la paz, won’t forget those hot summer nights. Really glad to see this video.
I visited El Salvador when I was a kid back in 2012. Very glad to see the country doing a 180, very much deserved. I’d love to revisit again next year and see in person how much it’s changed, thank you for posting this :)
It was interesting that you were in El Salvador in a non-tourist capacity ten years ago. I never would have guessed that. I'm glad they cracked down on crime and restored safety to the country. I've never been to Central America myself, though I have considered Costa Rica. Now I'll add El Salvador to my possibilities. The Santa Ana volcano looked very impressive.
Thanks so much John! I was 18 and I had seen very little of the world, it was a very hard but transformative 2 years, I also spent half of my time in Belize so it was a nice change in scenery!
@@RyanShirley yes! I’ve been over 30 times since my family is from there 🤣 but I had previously searched El Salvador with your name and didn’t find any footage. So this was a nice surprise today! Glad you enjoyed my country 💖🫶🏽
@RyanShirley I'm from San Salvador! But I live in Sweden, I am actually going to visit El Salvador in December for the first time in 6 years, I'm so excited 🥹❤️
Great video Ryan! I love Tamanique. The waterfall you jumped in was soo cool! Definitely warmer than Ticino😂. El Zonte looks nice as well. I gotta checkout carribean and central America more! Glad El Salvador is safe now😊
@@RyanShirleyYou have to know that my dream is to travel the world so i would love everything because i watch all your videos and like write out all the spots you mention. But i would love to see a video about Canada or Thailand. Thanks for answering to my comment. It makes me so happy :)
I wanna go back to my home land my dad still lives there i haven't seen him sense i was 3 but im happy it's safe now i want to visit him soon im going to move with him when im 18 in the village he lives in my family lived in the village for years
Can you add in your videos what travelers need as far as money, credit cards, e-pay systems, insurance, etc. And also what the hotels or hostels are like.
So many epic photography locations there bro. That volcanic hike is one I can only dream about unfortunately. I discovered an altitude sickness while in Banff 2 years ago. This guy can't do 7000 ft lol. I gotta ask though, did you feel safe? Like actually?
Thanks so much brother! 7000 feet is high up, you really start to feel the shortness of breath! I don’t know how people manage to climb big mountains like Everest. And at first I was nervous it would be sketchy, but once I got there I felt super safe. Police and security everywhere and the people are so kind and welcoming
leaving aside the penitentiary, which despite being much discussed for the harsh treatment reserved for prisoners, has certainly eliminated, but only in part, very dangerous gangs, which had terrorized the country for years. The whole territory is spectacular: history, art, nature, culture and breathtaking landscapes... the documentary you gave us shows all the best, thanks Ryan!👍👍👍👍
El Salvador looks stunning! It’s crazy how the country went from one of the most dangerous to one of the most safe in the Americas in less than 10 years.
It really is a miracle what has happened there! I never would have expected it to turn out how it is today
Yeah, it's almost like punishing crime reduces it.
One of the best countries in Central America 🌋🇸🇻🏝️🏄♀️
i’m going in a couple days! i love your video
You’re going to have a great time! What places do you plan on visiting?
Nayib is a legend 👑
He really is!

I have a question. Are most the senic places and places with beautiful views you travel crowded, or are there not many people usually.
Lots of the places here had a decent amount of people there.
nice video
Thanks friend!
Amazing video!
Thanks brother! Such a amazing country
Good luck!
Thanks brother!
how was the driving for you there, was it pretty easy in cities and the countryside?
In the city it’s busy at times but doable and driving in countryside/coast was really. The roads and infrastructure is really good!
Nice sharing
Love from Rajasthan ❤
Thanks brother!
thank you very nice info.
Thanks for watching!
Very clear video exelente
Thanks Charly!!
Can you add in your videos what travelers need as far as money, credit cards, e-pay systems, insurance, etc. And also what the hotels or hostels are like.
I usually always use credit cards but always have some cash on me, sometimes I get safety wing insurance and I use Airbnb to find places
Beautiful 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks brother!
Hey ryan i hope you will show the real beauty of indian terrain and culture when you'll come to india ❤❤❤

Looks amazing! How does it compare to Costa Rica?
I’m sure it’s pretty similar! I haven’t been to Costa Rica so I’m not exactly sure, but they both have volcanoes and beautiful surf beaches
Ryan, what are your top 10 places to travel in the year 2025? Looking to get started planning trips for next year 😁
Good question! I’ll make that video soon 😁
❤❤❤
Would you recommend this country as a retirement destination
Great question, If you like humidity and are used to Latin culture/Central America it’s a great option!
is it safe to drive in el salvador
That’s how i got around! I little hectic in the city at times but not too bad around the other parts of the country.

I love you madre 😊 ya sabes. Se pasan estos hombres...😂
Thanks Guadalupe!
How come none of the HOT SPRINGs is in your list 🤔
I should have visited them!
Very beautiful, now with the crime rate drop, I imagine it would attract more tourists.
Seems like lots of people are visiting now!
Have you ever been bullied with gang violence, who likes to sell drugs or be mean to people?
When I was a missionary I had one or two instances 😅
Hi
Hello 🇸🇻
El Salvador got good thanks to Bitcoin. 😆
Their move into bitcoin is very interesting and smart!
Hoping the Trump presidency will do the same in the USA
Trump and Nayib are friends
