No matter your reason for being on sex hormones, you HAVE to be monitored by a doctor and you need regular bloodwork; synthetic estrogen causes blood clots in both biological and transitioned women. The signs of being at risk are incredibly mild and the negative changes that will suggest you are going to have a blood clot in the near future are almost impossible for you to notice yourself. "Bathtube" drugs are dangerous, even if they are technically exactly what a doctor would prescribe because you are not actively being watched and regulated. Everyone who's in on providing that stuff to minors immediately totally abandons responsibility whenever someone ends up with brain damage or dead from a stroke they did not have to have because the only reason they had it was because they were taking something illegally at home.
