Yep, Coach Beecher uses these. Thanks for the vid!!
Just made mine today. Man it was more tedious than I thought but I’m happy with the results .
It I’ll be cool if they have a funnel that you could put in the middle to put the sand
🙏
Hey Kevin, what happens if I don't rub out the lumps in my shins after receiving them? They just take longer to go down ? Is there permanent damage for neglecting treatment? They solidify at that size? It's been a month my lump won't go down and it's really painful and very rock hard I think I waited to long to start rubbing it out, I started around the 2nd week of having it.
A bit of both actually, that's why you want to press those lumps out a few times a day and compress the swelling. It's agony though but speeds up the process and healing time
I fucked up by not pushing the cloth to the outer layer so my bag is really hard in some places, whatever it is what it is. I gotta get my shins on point again lol.
So a bag purely for shin conditioning would be 100% sand? Also great video 🙌
Just a question of how dense you want to make the bag
@@KevinRossOfficial makes sense, ty!
would it work if i just fill the whole thing with sand?
of course, it's going to be extremely hard and not exactly the best for doing any kind of bag work but great for bone density. I like to do the mixture as it allows me to get the best of both.
@@KevinRossOfficial thanks brotha
