hey what did your personal statement consist of when applying to optom did u do any work experience and volunteering, moocs, wider reading , would u say theyre important? thank uuu

Hi! I didn’t have any optical experience as it was covid then but I used whatever volunteering and experience I had for my statement. Make sure you link the things you have learned and skills you gained there to the skills of an optometrist! Show your passion for optom and yes you can do wider reading that will help.
