This house is beautiful..that is with the texture pack. If you don't use the house will look terrible sadly enough, it's a nice tutorial but I would suggest trying to make an alternative? Sometimes since you're using a texture pack it's difficult to tell which blocks you're using aswell so it'd be nice if you could provide clarification.
One of the things I've done sense I don't have the texture pack is I've switched all the Oak wood planks to spruce and the polished granite to some type of stone Varient of stone (mossy stone brick, cracked stone brick and regular stone brick) I found out it doesn't look as bad as the original pallette of the house. :)
The oak wood can definitely be changed to spruce, and the birch wood you can probably change it to be white concrete which surprisingly isn’t hard to make if you’re in a survival world, but I do recommend you guys get the texture pack if you can it’s genuinely so cute!! Really spices up the paintings as well as the windows which is something pretty big for me personally!

So it's actually a chaos. But the house look great yesterday we finished the exterior and now we've been working on the interior thank you so much!! I love these builds, but the counting is so inconsistent. Like sometimes you count the corners, and sometimes you don't. It makes the tutorial really hard to follow.
